Find Your Purpose

Live a life of victorious purpose... I want to help you live out your purpose in this world. I also want you to help me and others do the same thing. I want to show you what that purpose is, how to achieve it and how to find the power in your life to do it. When you have a life goal and purpose and when you know how to get there, and when you know how to overcome the obstacles, you will truly be living a victorious life.

Many people live a “whatever happens happens” type of a life. Beyond that they are so disillusioned with trying to achieve realistic life goals that their existence has degenerated into having some comfort, some enjoyment, enough to get by, and get to heaven when they die.
By accomplishment through application as disciples in life together... Now, going to heaven is no small thing, but the life we live here is intended to be a very specific journey, with a purpose and the ability to carry out that purpose. Jesus called people to be disciples and to make disciples. As you look in the gospels, you will see that the first paragraph of this article describes His message to all of us. He wants you to live a life of accomplishment through the application of His Word. To carry that out He wants you and me to be disciples in life together. He wants to call us to Himself and then to send us out together.

Battlefield of the Mind

It's been way too long...however I love blogging!  Just needed to take a break on a few things and decided that this was one of them that wasn't used too much yet.  We know that will change! 

Heavenly Grounds!

Heavenly Grounds...Coffee House has heavenly smells and aromas of sweet Latte, Amaretto, Carmel, Cinnamon, you name it we got it!  Heavenly Grounds Coffee House is located inside the "Maco" and is a Fundraiser for "The Revolution"  Youth Ministry.  Crowds gathered before and after church this Sunday for some awesome time of fellowship over a hot cup of Java!  The air was filled with sounds of peaceful conversation with many new friends, as our Heavenly Father fills His house with new arriving believers!  Praise God, for He uses many ways to fill His Kingdom.  Blessed Be Your Name Lord, Blessed Be Your Name!  Youth will be performing their "Beauty from Pain live video this Friday night at 6:30pm at the "Maco" fellowship time following.

Don't Worry Be Happy! :)

Tonight was amazing!  While we dug into the heart of Paul, while he was a prisoner in Rome, we shared in his love for the church and God's people, learning about prayer and unity!   Our study continues on prayer & intercession, while we gather in our circle and pray for one another, some others from the church were upstairs praying also!  Wow!  Some powerful stuff!  "The Revolution" busted out with an anointed song of "Blessed Be Your Name"  while Ben, burnt up the guitar strings!  At this time we joined the rest of the church upstairs for more worship and prayer!  All I could see, was prisoners set free & break through!  Praise God! 

The Holy Spirit spoke volumes tonight in just this one little passage.  Meditate on this passage & see what you hear the Lord saying to you.  Share it with us next Thurs. Nite as we dive into our 3rd week of Boot Camp baby!  Remember this week what Paul said in Philippians,  6 Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.  (Philippians 4:6)

Boot Camp Baby! It Has Begun!

Spinning off from our study "To Save a Life series, we are combining our tools from this study & the movie to prep & prepare them for a mission!  Prayer is the beginning of our Love Revolution, God and only God can turn the hearts of those lost, and hardened!   The youth are adding to their Faith and Goodness this week ~ Knowledge...more & more on Prayer & Intercession.  Prayer the basis for their foundation of reaching the lost, lonely & unlovely.  We call this week the beginning of our Boot Camp Training for Mission Work!  As they stepped into & embraced the very heart of Jesus last Thursday night in John chapter 17, they heard the heart cry of Jesus to the Father for us.  Pray for them as they begin this journey in "Boot Camp for a Mission!" 

Fervently Praying the Infallible Word of God

To open their eyes, so they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God. Then they will receive forgiveness for their sins and be given a place among God’s people, who are set apart by faith in me.’  Acts 26:18

 True discipleship is not learning about Jesus; it’s living like Jesus, which means engaging in His search and rescue mission to reach the lost, lonely and unlovely!  This is our mission this year for 2011.  Don't miss it!

NAME CHANGED TO PROTECT THE INNOCENT...

WOW!  Recently God has place on our hearts the lonely, unlovely, lost, uncool, that's right the UNcool.  Bringing in the New Year, has brought some changes in our group!  Woe! Not sure we all like change right? Right!  So move over world here comes A REVOLUTION!  A LOVE REVOLUTION!  Well why did we choose the name Revolution?  Glad you asked!  Let's start with the definition of revolution; ( A radical and pervasive; pervasive meaning "spread throughout all parts" of the nation! Radical pervasive change in society through the supernatural power and Love of God!!  Yes!  a sudden, complete or marked change in something, thats a "revolution"  And its starting right here in Virginia MN with this youth group!  The Revolution!  Based from 1John 4:19 "We love each other, because He first loved us"
